  1. How long does it take to process my order?All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.
  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?You may request to modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. After this time, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be changed or canceled.

  4. Why is my order payment failed?Payment failure may be caused by insufficient account balance, expired payment card, incorrect card information, or bank transaction restrictions. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long is the delivery time?Our standard delivery time for all orders is approximately 5-14 days, with slight variations based on your specific delivery address.
  2. How can I track my order?Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package’s real-time status on the corresponding logistics carrier’s official website.
  3. Who is responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or weather?Lopzix shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, extreme weather, or logistics carrier issues. We will assist you in inquiring about the logistics status as much as possible.
  4. Do you ship worldwide?Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries and regions. The delivery time may vary slightly according to the local logistics situation.

Returns & Refunds

  1. What is your return policy?We offer a 30-day return policy for all lamp products. You can initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable) if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  2. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective lamp?If your lamp arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping fees) after verification.
  3. Do you offer direct product exchanges?No, we currently do not provide direct exchange services. If you need to exchange for a different style/model, please initiate a return for the original product (per our 30-day return policy) and place a new order on our website.
  4. How long does it take to get my refund?After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm your refund via email and process it to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.

Product & Care

  1. How to maintain and clean the lamps?Please turn off and unplug the lamp before cleaning. Wipe the lamp surface gently with a soft, dry cloth; do not use water, alcohol or abrasive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the lamp’s finish and components.
  2. Can I change the light bulb of the lamp?Most of our lamps support bulb replacement. Please choose bulbs with the same voltage and wattage specifications as the original one to ensure safe use.
