1. Shipping

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with detailed delivery information.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery time for all orders is approximately 5-14 days, with slight variations based on your specific delivery address. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistics carrier issues, and Lopzix shall not be held responsible for such delays.

Shipping Tracking

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your package on the corresponding logistics carrier’s official website. If you cannot find your tracking information or the tracking status is not updated for a long time, please contact us for assistance.

Risk of Loss

Once your order is shipped and the logistics carrier confirms receipt, the title and all risks of damage, loss or delay of the products shall be transferred to the buyer. Lopzix will not be liable for any loss or damage to the products during transportation.

2. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all our lamp products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable). To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition with all accessories and labels intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged, broken or defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the packaging. After our verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping fees) for you.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to confirm the approval of your refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after confirmation. The actual refund arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need to exchange your purchased lamp for a different style, size or model, please initiate a return request for the original product (in accordance with our 30-day return policy) and place a new order for the desired product on our website.
